Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please arrive by 2:30pm to allow for time to get through security at San Francisco City Hall and make your way to the North Fourth Floor Gallery. Our ceremony will start at 3pm.

  • We recommend taking a rideshare such as Uber, Lyft, or Waymo to travel to our ceremony and reception locations.

    If you are renting a car, there is an underground parking garage at city hall and limited street parking near both locations.

  • Due to limited venue space, we unfortunately can’t accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision.

  • The ceremony and reception will be indoors. San Francisco is known for chillier weather so we recommend a coat while traveling in between wedding event locations and around the city. SF City Hall does not have coat check but Moongate Lounge will.

  • Please RSVP by September 13th.

  • If you need to modify your RSVP, please contact Jordan or Natalie as soon as possible.

  • Our dress code is formal. We suggest guests wear a suit, dressy separates, or a midi to ankle length dress. We heavily encourage you to dress up and have fun by wearing your favorite colors, patterns, and textures!

  • Our reception dinner will be family style and the cuisine is modern Chinese. If you have an allergy, please make note on your RSVP and/or you can let Jordan & Natalie know.

  • San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the closest airport. Depending on traffic, It is a 30-45 minute drive from the city. The city will be easily accessible from SFO via public transit, ride share, or rental car.
